Thank you for shopping with InkmyPixel. Since most of our products are custom-made and printed specially for you, we follow the cancellation and refund terms mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production/printing

• Once the design is approved / order is confirmed for printing, cancellation is not possible

• To request cancellation (if eligible), please contact us as soon as possible at inkmypixel@gmail.com

If a cancellation is approved before production, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any payment gateway or processing charges.

2. Refund Policy

Since our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Choosing wrong size, quantity, or design

• Colour differences due to screen display variations

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged in transit or has a printing defect:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• We will review the issue and offer a replacement or resolution as applicable

Refunds are only considered in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized / personalized products

• Used or damaged items not reported within 48 hours

• Items damaged due to misuse or handling

• Discounted / sale items

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
