Thank you for shopping with InkmyPixel. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Since many of our products are custom-made and printed to order:

  • Standard processing time is typically 3–7 business days

  • During festivals, sales, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship orders through trusted courier partners across India.

Estimated delivery timeframe after dispatch:

  • Metro & major cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Courier delays

  • Weather or operational issues

Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking link (where available). Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address, contact details, and pin code are accurate at checkout.
InkmyPixel is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Undelivered packages due to customer unavailability

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.
If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please record clear photos and videos of the package and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will review the case and assist with a suitable resolution as per our policy.

8. International Shipping

At the moment, InkmyPixel ships only within India.

9. Change or Cancel Shipping Details

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping details. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for assistance.
